Children’s Ministry

Welcome to the Children’s Ministry of Trinity Church Wayzata! We are honored that you have entrusted your child to our care and promise to do all that we can to create a safe and loving environment for them.

We strongly believe that children are a precious gift from God. Our hope is that your children:
✔ Love coming to church
✔ Find great fellowship with other children and leaders
✔ Continually hear the gospel in a way that is engaging and developmentally appropriate

We pray that each child will respond to God with hearts of faith and become fully devoted to Christ. We look forward to serving you and your children. If you ever have questions or concerns, please contact us.

Sunday Mornings

  • Childcare is available for infants through preschoolers.
  • Children in Worship: We love having school-age kids in the service as they learn to practice worship with their families. Clipboards with coloring pages, learning activities, and crayons are available. Pastor Matt provides a "word of the day" for them to track as they listen. We welcome their wiggles as they grow and learn!
  • Children’s Church is available as an option for elementary-aged kids. After participating in singing and liturgy, they will be led by a teacher to engage in an age-appropriate Bible story, Bible memory, catechism, and more. Children return at the end of the service for communion and the benediction. (Curriculum: The Biggest Story)

Youth Ministry

Join Us for Youth Group!

Wednesdays | 6:30 – 8:00 PM
Ridgedale YMCA

6th–12th graders are invited to TCW’s Youth Group, held every Wednesday evening during the school year. It’s a time for:
Fun games that build friendships
A message of good news
Service projects throughout the year

Our Youth Group is led by Youth Pastor Christopher Simmons, who has been faithfully serving in this role for over a year. You can learn more about Chris on our Youth and Family Pastor page.
